Role: Interior Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Interior lead for new construction architectural project team.
Executed all interior related construction documentation and details including RCPs, interior elevations, floor plans, finish plans, custom millwork and specialty features, schedules and restroom layouts and details.
Led design review process with district planning committees and helped refine existing school brand through logo refreshments, school color integration, and other environmental graphic design and features.
Public project requiring universal design approach and strict adherence to ADA guidelines.
Collaborated with architectural team on exterior design approach, massing and materiality. and coordinated with specialty engineers and consultants for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, acoustic and similar.
Construction administration support for interior RFI's, shop reviews, site visits and project closeout.
