New construction executed by landlord with coordination by tenant (Starbucks)
Key Responsibilities:
Site design and coordination including traffic flow, parking allocation and counts, code compliance, emergency vehicle access, and waste and utility pickup and services.
Developed store as part of a prototype program to test untouched, rural markets with reduced capital risk.
Furniture, fixtures, finishes and equipment.
Code compliance review, design documentation, collaboration with architect of record, and cross-disciplinary coordination.
